I bought a 2010 R1200RT in 2010, and have had it serviced exclusively at Bob's ever since. The service for both new bikes and parts / service is great.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! Everyone I spoke to or even passed by was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's clear the staff loves the BMW Motorrad brand and wants little more than for every customer to walk away happy and excited to come back.
Mattigan took care of me in the Parts Dept today and saved me some money looking for used/salvaged mirrors and small parts before grabbing for the newer, pricier versions. He also owned an older version of my bike model and was excited to chat to me about some rides and experiences he'd had with it.
Overall a fantastic location, totally in love with the brand it represents, and really eager to please everyone who comes in.

Great employees. Great owner. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Coming from a HD and dealing with their "stealerships," it's a wonderful change.
